Pages From Saturn’s Manifestation Manual ~ 1 October 2017

Venus and Mars align in Virgo in but two days. Symbolically this conjunction offers the reaping of the harvest. Of course, for those of you south of the equator, this transit organically represents the seeding with the promise of reaping, and hopefully with organic seeds. Either way, bounty for action taken and cultivation of those actions is the theme.

Virgo’s need for order, definition and perfection does get a bad rap. The expectation that Virgo energy is like seeking needles in haystacks or pushing Gimel northbound through the eye of the needle while rendering assistance from Gimel’s southbound end, is not necessarily the perfect perception.

According to some Hebrew references, there is a relationship between Gimel - the third letter of the alphabet and gomel, a word which means: “benefactor” or “someone who gives to others.”

Gimel is seen as a camel (from the word gamal). Some species of camels have a life expectancy that is very close to the orbital period of Saturn. Camels, beasts of burden, should be smiled upon by Saturn.

Saturn is also known as a benefactor - to those who bust their butts. Hard work pays off is an on-the-nose bumper sticker and true none-the-less. Realizing that overnight sensations typically log thousands of work hours before breaking out fits Saturnian consciousness of manifestation to a tee.

Following their conjunction on the 5th,Venus squares Saturn on the 8th. Mars squares Saturn on the 10th (which is the day the deal on discounted multiple consultations expires).

In the next days as the Venus-Mars conjunction occurs, permit yourself to feel the passion of desire that Venus and Mars kindle. Want and desire should spark from this. If one approaches want and desire with no judgment as to its appearance, then the next step naturally following would be that of declaring the desire to manifest the objects of ones passions.

It’s time for wish lists, collages that highlight want you want or where you want to go, aspiration announcements and the declaration of pursuits of passion.

Then, sit back and wait. If nothing instantly happens, you might want to actually apply the essence of Mars squaring Saturn, which asks, “What? You think those stones are going to turn themselves into a water reclamation structure all by themselves? Have you never heard the adage that it’s not about dropping to your knees... it’s about rolling up your sleeves and sweating your way through disciplined activity that perfectly follows a plan?”

Truly, in a perfect world, Saturn rewards those who get the job done... and get the job done perfectly.

Virgo is known for being a triplistic sign according to some of the classical astrologers of days gone by. Virgo is ruled by Mercury, which in fact, must orbit the Sun three times for both sides of the planet’s surface to receive sunlight and solar radiation. So there is an actual logic to the triplicity thing for Virgo, which metaphorically yields a three-prong fork.

In the current iteration of these two personal planets in Virgo square Saturn:

Passionately perceive those things you seek to pursue or acquire.

Declare, affirm and believe.

Take the first steps to seed the objective.

The stepping point/seeding prong renders its own threefold template:

Create.

Instigate.

Perform with perseverance.

Since Saturn is involved and since he bears the unfortunate and inaccurate reputation of being the denier of wishes, consider Saturn to be a perfectly performing producer. Saturn makes the movie that needs to be made and in those movies the protagonist gets what she/he needs. A movie that needs to be made, in a perfect season, garners a great box office. What is needed, when seen for what it is, often exceeds desires and clearly aligns with the purposeful pursuit of life and the fulfillment of ones purest mission. How cool is that?

One might think she/he hears Saturn raising a glass of hops to manifest destiny. Actually, his propitiation is to those who manifest their destiny.
